Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the services provided by Hearts Top App LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 142 Serenity Lane, Maplewood City, CA 90274, United States. By booking a service, visiting our premises, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using any of Hearts Top App's services — whether in person, via telephone, or through our online booking channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Hearts Top App provides spa and wellness treatments including but not limited to massage therapy, facial treatments, body wraps, reflexology, and couples' packages as described on our service menu. All treatments are performed by certified and trained professionals. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust services at any time without prior notice.
Appointments may be made in person, by telephone at +1 (310) 884-5520, or via our online booking form. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of our written or verbal confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
We understand that schedules change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual treatments, and at least 48 hours' notice for packages and couples' experiences.
Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions, pregnancy, skin sensitivities, or allergies. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant health information to your therapist prior to treatment. Hearts Top App shall not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose pertinent health information. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment based on health and safety grounds.
Payment is due in full at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gift vouchers and pre-paid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Gratuity, while not required, is always appreciated by our team.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may not be exchanged for cash. Pre-paid packages must be used within 6 months of purchase. Hearts Top App is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff. Hearts Top App reserves the right to refuse service to, or remove from the premises, any individual who displays inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour. Any form of harassment directed towards our staff will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.
Hearts Top App accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto our premises. We recommend leaving valuables at home or securing them in the provided lockers where available.
All content on the Hearts Top App website and marketing materials — including logos, text, images, service descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of Hearts Top App LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or use without express written consent is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hearts Top App LLC and its employees, therapists, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, website, or facilities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or upon notification to you. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
